Whatsapp services have now been restored
It would appear, that whatsapp is currently unavailable to many of it’s users. Although whatsapp’s own status page and twitter feeds are not currently reporting issues, peoples clients are just stuck at “Connecting..”
Whatsapp is an instant messaging platform which is available for almost any device. It uses your data connection to send and receive messages/pictures securely. Much like iMessage on iOS.
Whatsapp is free for the first year, after which you have to pay a small fee (approximately 69p)
