VPS’s (Virtual Private Servers) are not cheap, and as the site is more of a hobby then I business I needed help to balance the costs. Then out of the blue, my hit count fell through the floor, my ads where no longer bringing me much if any revenue. So I started to investigate it and soon realise Google had introduced a service called “Google Direct Answer”. This essentially tries to answer your googled question without you having to browse to any sites. Now, the premise is great. It’s a great time saver, and it does make Google stand out from the rest. Even though the site was already costing money, I decided the best thing I could do was reach out to SEO experts, and try to bring in some more much-needed traffic.
