First of all i would like to thank stevie wonder for picking the prime time tv listings! we have in excess of 40 channels and still nothing worth watching..
So we signed upto lovefilm.com to download a movie.. Just 1 hour later the media center was primed and ready to play….. When it happened, my download status changed to “License failed”. Brilliant.. after a further 30 mins reading instructions online and 20 mins on the phone to north korea i finally managed to sort it..
Turns out, media player cant play drm protected downloads on vista home premium… It does however work in Media Center! so after nearly 8 hours we finally managed to watch a film!
lovefilm.com may be good for postal rental, but for downloads… You may as well try winamp’s webtv offerings!
