Make most* websites (iOS) mobile friendly

Did you know, if you are struggling to read the content on a website without constantly zooming in/out there’s a little known trick which might just help.

In the first attached screenshot you should see 4 lines just at the side of the Arco address. This is “Reader View”, Reader View is available on certain websites with certain content.

Taping on the Reader content will switch safari into a “plain text” mode optimised for your iDevice screen. This is shown in the second screen shot.

The only downside of reader view is it strips out some of the nice fancy features in the web pages design. However, still comes in handy if you’re just interested in the content.
