Now – before you panic, thinking “my alarm won’t go off till lunch time!” the alarm time sits inside a 30 minute window.
Strategically placing your iPhone next to your pillow on the bed will enable Sleep Cycle to monitor and graph your current movements and figure out your sleep pattern.

As you can see from the graph, judging by the accelerometers movement it’s able to figure out in which stage of sleep you are currently in. When you reach the optimum point, it sounds the alarm, enabling you to JUMP out of bed as bright and breezy as a Saturday morning after a lye in.
