Shoot video on iPhone 2G3G without jailbreak (#iVideoCamera)

On December 15, 2009, in Blog, by Mike Hudson

Apple have recently announced the clearance for the all new iVideoCamera app – providing those users with the older iPhone generations (2G, 3G) with the ability to shoot video.

For only 99 cents.59p you can record and store video in your camera roll or share the video with friends.
However, the app is far from being perfect – it’s frame rate (3ps) leaves a lot to be desired, and the the resolution of 160×213 means it’s not going to make another film recording devices shake in their camera bags. It is of course a much cheaper alternative to upgrading to the 3GS.
The developers are being very upfront about the applications limitations and are not doubt beavering away (as you read this) on a new and improved application.
