I have extensive experience in Microsoft and Apple technologies, ranging from desktop OS’s to Server OS’s. I have been working in the IT industries for more then 10 years, both in field based and office based roles. I have recently been promoted to an infrastructure role, in which part of my day to day tasks are ensuring our VM and physical environments run without issue. Previous roles have also included management and maintenance of employee workstations software & hardware.

During my time at arco I have obtained both Prince II and ITIL accreditations, and used the best practices whilst implementing several large projects. Including a mobile device refresh and a customer service support tool.

Along with my hardware and software support experience I have a keen passion for application and web development technologies. I’ve always tried to remain on the bleeding edge of technology and languages. I am currently improving my Cocoa and PHP skills.

I have developed many .NET applications, which are now in use in the department, and a self-service tool developed in PHP.
